This stunning St Kilda extension project seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern design. Our brief was to extend and enhance a beautiful existing heritage home while preserving its character — and the result is a space that feels both timeless and contemporary.
Featuring striking exposed brickwork, open-plan living zones and clean architectural lines, the design balances warmth and light throughout. Carefully considered materials and finishes connect the original structure to the new spaces, delivering effortless flow and liveability.
This project was proudly nominated for the Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Housing Awards for Best Extension ($150,000–$500,000), recognising outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail.
