Sandringham

Completed in 2024, this project marked the third and final renovation of a much-loved Sandringham residence — a home we’ve had the privilege of evolving over several years. In this final stage, our focus was on opening up the back of the house to create a spacious, light-filled living and kitchen area that seamlessly connects with the earlier works.

By removing internal walls and introducing large glass windows and sliding doors, we were able to maximise natural light and enhance the connection to the outdoor spaces. The result is a stunning open-plan layout that invites warmth, comfort, and togetherness — perfect for family life and entertaining. A true labour of love and a testament to the trust built over time with our client.
