Matthew
Nikoloff-King

Contracts Administrator

Matthew is the engine room of Baytech’s behind-the-scenes operations. Whether he’s refining a project schedule or developing a new quoting tool, he’s got a knack for turning complex tasks into streamlined systems — usually with a killer Excel formula or two. Known as our in-house numbers guy, he brings structure, clarity, and a sharp sense of humour to the office.

But Matt’s not one to stay desk-bound. When the team needs an extra hand on site, he’s quick to throw on the steel caps, pitch in with the tools, and lift morale with his signature dry wit. He’s the kind of teammate who keeps things moving — and keeps them light.

    • Key contributor to Baytech’s project administration and business development

    • Expert in Excel, operations, and planning tools

    • Known for: clear thinking, calm under pressure, and adaptability on and off-site

    • Combines technical acumen with on-site experience

  • When he’s not managing the numbers, Matt’s usually outdoors — camping, watching sport, or firing up a Sunday roast. He’s also a die-hard Western Bulldogs fan, so you’ll often find him passionately supporting the Doggies during footy season.

    • Favourite home-cooked meal: Roast lamb and veggies

    • Favourite tool: Microsoft Excel

    • Hobbies: Sport, camping

    • Footy team: Western Bulldogs

  • Matt’s sights are set on becoming Baytech’s future Business Operations Manager — with a focus on improving systems, team productivity, and client experience as the business continues to grow.

“Matt helped us feel so organised from the very first phone call. We always knew where things were at, and he made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. He’s a huge asset to the Baytech team.”
