Known affectionately on site as “the door man”, Calvin is Baytech’s resident perfectionist — with an eye for detail and a deep love for craftsmanship. Whether it’s hanging doors with millimetre precision or refining the finer details of a renovation, Calvin takes pride in doing things properly the first time.

He brings calm, focused energy to the team and plays a key role in keeping sites running smoothly. While mentoring apprentices and sharing his trade knowledge, he also helps coordinate daily operations and supports efficient, tidy builds — all while staying hands-on with the tools.

Outside of work, Calvin’s renovating his own place — a passion project that combines his knack for design with his practical know-how. He also loves winding down with a hearty home-cooked meal or spending time outdoors.

Calvin’s vision is to step into a site manager role while still staying close to the tools — striking a balance between leadership and hands-on building (with no demolition, if he can help it!). He’s focused on continuing to deliver high-quality outcomes and keeping the standard high across every Baytech project.
